This works really well! We have an air fryer and that works fine, but still doesn't give that same restaurant quality taste. This thing has been great! Do far we've done fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks and they've all come out great. What should I make next?
I purchased this fryer to do fried chicken for 150 people at an outdoor event, the fryer worked flawlessly. I have since used it to do 2 more parties and its already become my favorite outdoor tool. Unfortunately there is no temperature setting which would be an amazing upgrade for this product but adjusting the flame is simple enough. The recoup time on the temperature is more than adequate to keep up with the size of the reservoirs. Based on the SS I don't think it would last more than a year or a two if left outside permanently. I break it down after every use and put it in a large tote so its perfect for me. I would absolutely recommend this product!
This has long handles and is sturdy and won't tip over. The rack above to allow the oil to drip back is very nice. Make sure to wear eye protection.

This is a perfect little fryer for big events. You can fry fish, chicken, funnel cakes, ect..... I love this.
