This is a great product if you're looking to deep fry often at home. It's very easy to assemble with minimal tools required. The duel basket makes it so that you can fry two different things at the same time or fry on one side and use the other side as a drip tray. And the temperature dial helps to control the level of heat. I am impressed by how quick the oil heats up for a perfect flash fry.

This was a good addition to our outdoor kitchen. We do a lot of grilling and cooking outside, no, we don't have to run inside, too cook up french fries when we're having burgers.It was a simple set up, took about 20 to 30 minutes max. It's simple and easy to use. The temperature is adjustable and consistent, able to get the exact temperature you want, and the food comes out perfectly.Cleanup is easy, but I do recommend putting a grill mat underneath it to protect your concrete or outdoor flooring from any oil spills or splatter.

It's too small but the fry quality is good.If the fry baskets were 4” longer I would have given it 5 stars. People complaining about not being able to control the temperature, you have to do it manually. Using a radar thermometer get your oil to about 350 or 360, drop your food will bring temp down to about 300. When you food is done the temp should be about 350 again. It takes practice.If you want automatic temp control spend 5 or six hundred more dollars and get a commercial fryer

My husband and I love cooking out on our patio. We have quite a set up in our summer kitchen. It keeps the mess and the smell out of our kitchen inside. This fryer is very easy to use. It works exactly as a fryer should. We have made fries and chicken nuggets in it so far and it has worked beautifully!

I ordered this because we are renovating our backyard and are setting up an outside cooking area. This arrived on time and as described. Assembly was easy and we put it to the test right away and it worked great. Best of all, since it's outside you don't have to worry about the lingering smell of fried food inside the house. We are pleased with it and recommend it.

This isn�t something I would use indoors, but for outdoor use it is perfect. It uses a gas hookup, so it is super portable, and you could theoretically take it anywhere. I like that the two knobs allow you to use different temperatures for each side. The rack on the side gives you a small work area, which is useful when outside. I am not sure how well this matches the listing, as the entire thing is in Spanish, and I can�t read Spanish. It would be great if they updated it for the English-speaking market. Overall, I think it is simple to use, easy to clean and portable. If you do events this is a great way to have freshly fried items, without needing a massive setup to get it done.
